These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OrigLeads website (https://origleads.com) , platform, APIs, browser extensions, and any other related products or services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "You") and OrigLeads ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using OrigLeads, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use OrigLeads. By using the Service, you confirm that:

You are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using OrigLeads on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

OrigLeads is a B2B lead generation and business intelligence platform that offers:

• Searchable database of Indian companies and directors

• Access to verified business contact data (email, phone)

• Information from MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs), GST, ROC filings, and other public records

• API integrations, daily lead feeds, browser extensions

• Tools to automate, export, and integrate data into CRMs and workflows

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may use the data and services provided by OrigLeads only for lawful, legitimate business purposes, including:

• Sales prospecting

• Business development

• Market research

• Due diligence

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for spam, unsolicited messages, harassment, or fraud

• Sell, rent, or share OrigLeads data without permission

• Bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features

• Extract data in bulk outside of permitted APIs or export functions

• Reverse-engineer or copy parts of the platform

• Misrepresent the origin of the data

OrigLeads reserves the right to suspend your access if any misuse is detected.

All content, trademarks, source code, platform structure, and data on OrigLeads are the property of OrigLeads or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase or subscribe to data or services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data solely for your business use. You do not own the data or receive any rights to resell or republish it unless explicitly permitted.

Access to OrigLeads may be subscription-based or pay-as-you-go.

• Fees are specified at the time of purchase and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

• OrigLeads may update pricing and plans at any time with prior notice.

• You agree to provide valid billing information and authorize automatic billing for recurring charges.

• Billing disputes must be raised in writing within 10 days of the charge.

OrigLeads sources data from government registries and credible third-party sources. However:

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or completeness of the information.

• Some data may be outdated, missing, or incorrect due to limitations in source records.

• OrigLeads is not liable for decisions made based on this data.

• Data is updated periodically (e.g., every 90 days), and we take reasonable measures to ensure relevance and authenticity.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. It outlines:

• What personal and business data we collect

• How we process and use data

• Third-party integrations and cookies

• Your rights under applicable privacy laws

OrigLeads may include integrations with third-party services (e.g., CRMs, webhook tools, analytics platforms). You agree that:

• Use of third-party tools is at your own risk

• OrigLeads is not liable for third-party service failures or data handling

• You must comply with the third-party's terms and policies independently

This agreement remains in effect unless terminated by either party. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms

• Delete or restrict access to specific services or data

• Terminate accounts that remain inactive or unpaid for extended periods

• Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• OrigLeads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OrigLeads in the previous 3 months

• Use of OrigLeads is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OrigLeads and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service

• Violation of these Terms

• Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad.

OrigLeads may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date or via email for significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
